The SPTC-XG001 Antigen Test Kit is used for the qualitative detection of human nasopharyngeal swabs and oropharyngeal swabs in the antigens. This kit uses Antibody-antibody sandwich one-step assay. For the test line (T line), colloidal gold conjugated antibody against antigen is used as a detector and coated on the conjugate pad, and the paired unconjugated antibody against antigen is used as the capture and coated on nitrocellulose membrane. For the quality control line (C line), colloidal gold conjugated antibody from the T line is used as the detector and goat anti-mouse IgG antibody is used as the capture and coated on nitrocellulose membrane. When a sample is loaded on the conjugate pad, the antigen in the sample specifically binds to the antibody that is conjugated with gold, forms an antigen-antibody gold complex, then the complex migrates on the nitrocellulose membrane and is captured by the paired unconjugated antibody against antigen and immobilized on the nitrocellulose membrane, and then red bands appear on the detection line (T line). Gold labeled T line antibody is captured by goat anti-mouse IgG antibody and forms a red quality control line (C line) on the nitrocellulose membrane at the same time.The kit should be stored at 4-30°C and the validity period is 12 months.
